What if a guest doesn't have swiyu?
The doorman checks the ID card and presses “manual check”. The entry is logged like any other.
When will the e-ID be available?
The Swiss Confederation has announced a launch in the first half of 2027. You can set up the solution now and be ready from day one.
What if the kiosk breaks down?
It remains our property: we replace it. In the meantime, manual checks take over.
