What if my customer doesn't have the swiyu app?

You choose: block the order, or let it through with an ID check on delivery. The e-ID is voluntary and physical ID cards remain valid.

When will the e-ID be available?

The Swiss Confederation has announced a launch in the first half of 2027. You can set up the solution now and be ready from day one.

What data do you receive?

Only the answer to the question asked, for example “over 18”. The swiyu wallet blocks any excessive request.
